Are airline passenger disruptions making a comeback?

Two tense episodes on airplanes, including one that resulted in a flight attendant being hospitalized, took place over the weekend ahead of what is expected to be a busy thanksgiving travel season.

The most recent incident occurred Sunday morning during a flight from San Francisco to Chicago.

“A disruptive customer on a flight from San Francisco to Chicago was removed by law enforcement upon landing on Sunday, and one member of the flight attendant crew was taken to a hospital for evaluation,” United Airlines said, Fox News reported.

A passenger tweeted a video of the incident, which shows several flight attendants asking a woman to “step back” as the plane landed.
