Barnes: No recount in Wisconsin

The Barnes campaign tells me they will not ask for a recount. Wisconsin doesn’t do them automatically. Candidates losing within a 1% margin can request and pay for a recount. Donald Trump requested a recount in two counties in 2020. Candidates within 0.25% don't have to pay. https://t.co/xBcSOxKdzK
