NYC scammer uses stolen IDs to rent out luxury digs to gang members

A New York City scam artist was arrested this week for using stolen identities to rent out luxury apartments for gang members, but was released on a $250,000 bond and was out on the town the evening of her arrest.

LaToya Williams, 35, covered her face with a hoodie as she was photographed by DailyMail.com emerging from the luxury apartment building on the Upper West Side.

A one bedroom home in the building costs $9,800.

She was arrested on Wednesday on suspicion of identity theft and fraud.
