The 12-person jury in the homicide trial of Kyle Rittenhouse has reached a decision in the case, according to two people familiar with the proceedings.
The jury in Kenosha, Wis., heard closing arguments and jury instructions on Monday, and began their work out of public view at about 9:15 a.m. Central time on Tuesday. They continued deliberating through the week, and have not been sequestered.

On the first day of deliberations Tuesday, the jurors asked at several points for additional written copies of the judge’s instructions. They later requested and received permission to take the instructions home with them in the evening.
