The White House is conducting contact tracing and making a case-by-case determination on who else should self-isolate based on exposure to Miller. Hahn is asymptomatic and tested negative for the virus on Friday, two senior administration officials said.

An FDA spokesperson confirmed that Hahn has entered quarantine after exposure to a Covid-19-positive individual. “Per CDC guidelines, he is now in self-quarantine for the next two weeks,” spokesperson Stephanie Caccomo said. “He immediately took a diagnostic test and tested negative for the virus.”

Miller, a top spokesperson for Vice President Mike Pence, was in White House coronavirus task force meetings with Hahn and other senior administration health officials.
