Roger Stone: No one wrote the NYT op-ed, it's a fabrication

ROGER STONE: This is the most popular parlor game in Washington and in New York right now. I have a theory that no one wrote it. Meaning that it’s a fabrication. A McGuffin. What I do think is that the president’s ordering Jeff Sessions to investigate it is a waste of time. In fact, the entire issue is a distraction.

The president should stay focused on continuing to deliver the good economic news. Wage growth at record levels, job creation at record levels, GDP growth at record levels. African and Hispanic unemployment at the lowest point ever. I think those are better themes to run on for the 2018 election. I frankly think that’s the president’s strong suit.
