The president then went on to claim that a human mission to Mars would be out of the question, had Clinton won the general election against him in 2016.

“We should have a new force called the Space Force,” Trump said Tuesday. “It’s like the Army and the Navy, but for space, because we’re spending a lot of money on space.”
