“Jan. 19 is not going to be a fun day,” said House Freedom Caucus Chairman Mark Meadows (R-N.C.).

Sen. John Cornyn (R-Texas), the No. 2 Senate Republican, compared the upcoming schedule to “Groundhog Day.”
