FEMA administrator on hurricane response: We’re "going to be there for years"

The flooding in Houston has been getting worse today, and Tapper asked Long if FEMA is “prepared to be there for months on end.”

Long said, “FEMA’s going to be there for years.”

He said that FEMA is “vastly different” today than it was in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, but he also said, “This is a storm that the United States has not seen yet.”
