Legendary Indiana Hoosiers basketball coach Bobby Knight endorsed Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump during a rally in Indianapolis on Wednesday night.

According to TheHill.com’s Jonathan Easley, Knight threw his support behind the presumptive GOP nominee with less than a week to go until the citizens of Indiana vote in the state’s primary Tuesday.
Politico on Twitter relayed a portion of Knight’s endorsement in which the three-time national champion called Trump “the most prepared man in history to step in as president of the United States”:
