In the aftermath of the terror attacks in Paris, Ben Carson’s standing in the polls has slumped. Part of that, as we noted on Sunday, might be because he is not considered the strongest candidate on foreign policy issues. Part of it might be that Carson has faced increased scrutiny over the last few weeks over his biography and his policy stances (scrutiny which he dismisses as media bias).

The slump is clear in Fox News’s polling since August. A big rise, a plateau, and a drop-off since the beginning of the month. He’s still doing better than Jeb Bush, but that’s not a super-high bar.
