He’s published more than two dozen research studies on government policy, with a particular emphasis on government tax and spending policies. He has testified numerous times before U.S. Congress and dozens state legislatures and his research has been cited by the Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, New York Times and dozens of other newspapers, periodicals and trade journals.
