No one cares about the old Clinton scandals any more

Google gives us a nice little tool for peeking into America’s mind. Called Google Trends, it evaluates interest in a search term over time, letting us see how much or how little interest the public has in knowing more about a topic.

So for Travelgate, the most interest came in early 2007, right when Hillary Clinton’s last presidential campaign was ramping up. The scale on the graphs that follow is from zero — no search interest — to 100, the most interest in the most popular term over the course of the time period.
