Flashback: Two years ago today, Pope Francis elected

This came up on Twitter today, and I thought it would be fun to share, but probably didn’t warrant a main page post. Two years ago, I covered the papal conclave at the Vatican, and this was the moment when the white smoke appeared. I later went out into St. Peter’s Square to record the excitement.
