Kieu, a 58-year-old Orlando resident, yanked the man inside his Honda Civic, straddled him and tried to pull off his clothes.
The alleged victim managed to wriggle out of Kieu’s grasp and ran to a nearby shopping center yelling, “Rapist!”

The man’s stash of cash from the ATM was missing — as was his backpack, which Kieu ripped off him when he fled.
Kieu was charged with sexual assault, kidnapping and robbery without a weapon and was held on $150,000 bail.
