“I think there’s an opportunity for us to convince her if we’re really able to make the case as to why we think she’s the right person,” Erica Sagrans, who is reportedly the campaign manager for the group, told the Huffington Post, which first reported the news.

As for the senator herself, she is not working with the group and does not endorse their work.

“No, Senator Warren does not support this effort,” Lacey Rose, a spokesperson for Warren, told ABC News.
