Bill Maher: There's something suspicious about right-wing support of Israel

FEEHERY: The second point I would make is, George Bush was the one who endorsed the two-state solution. So, he has been a big supporter of the two-state solution. So the idea that this was some sort of right-wing conspiracy, I think, is false.

MAHER: I don’t think it’s a conspiracy, but I do think that there’s something very suspicious about the right-wing love of the Israelis. I love the Israelis too. I love them the way Obama was loving them, as a true friend who tells them the truth.

I think what the right-wing wants is, because they think you-know-who is going to come back and he’s got to come back to Israel. He’s got to come back from where he left from, just like in every space movie, and so it has to be in the hands of the Israelis.
