Scott Walker: I won't pursue right-to-work legislation

Walker was asked Wednesday about whether he would push to make Wisconsin a right-to-work state on the heels after his proposal in 2011 that effectively ended collective bargaining for most public workers.

Walker said that introducing a right-to-work bill could lead to massive protests like what happened last year over the collective bargaining bill. He said those protests and the recall elections that followed created uncertainty for job creators.
