In his piece on Human Events, Gingrich outlined five key pieces of advice for Romney: Relax and be prepared; be assertive and be on offense against both Obama and his media; be honest; use humor; and enjoy the evening. …

“I think he’s got to draw a sharp contrast between a Romney recovery and Obama stagnation,” Gingrich told POLITICO. “He’s got to say, with all due respect, Mr. President, this is the worst recovery since the Great Depression. … He’s got to say it in a way that’s direct and clear, and when the president counter-attacks he can’t flinch.”
