The MassPulse Quarterly Poll of 500 residents aged 18 or older, conducted by The MassINC Polling Group, was the rare poll done in the depths of summer, between July 19 through July 22.

But it reaffirms what several other recent polls have shown, that the tightly fought race, with control of the US Senate at stake, is essentially tied. Warren’s two-point lead is well within the poll’s margin of error of plus or minus 4.4 percent.
