Bright idea: Steal a phone from a police officer inside a police station

A Chicago custodian was charged Friday with stealing a city police officer’s iPhone while inside the police station where she worked.

Epifania Bahena, 35, allegedly stole the iPhone around 10:30 p.m. Thursday. The officer last saw the phone on a bench in a station locker room, according to the Chicago Tribune.
