Only 31 percent of conservative Republicans believe “solid evidence” exists that the world is warming, a rise of only one percentage point since 2009, according to Pew.

Two years ago, there was a gap of nine percent between moderate and conservatives on the issue, compared with the 32 percent divide exists that now exists between moderate/liberal Republicans (63 percent) and conservative Republicans (31 percent).
