Jon Huntsman earned a spate of positive headlines recently when he took aim at Rick Perry’s skepticism about evolution and global warming, tweeting: “I believe in evolution and trust scientists on global warming. Call me crazy.”

But that doesn’t mean Huntsman thinks evolution is a purely scientific process. In fact, Monday morning he suggested it has divine underpinnings.
