Cain’s latest forecast on the straw poll is a shift from last week, when the former Godfather’s Pizza CEO and businessman told a Des Moines forum that he needed to finish in the top three.

If he fell below that mark, Cain said then, he would have to “evaluate that to determine what the implications are.”
