The exotic eyewear costs $15,000 a pair, and even though some critics find the lenses a bit excessive, Wired reports that according to creator Chandrashekhar Chawan, the profits will go toward treating patients suffering from Stevens Johnson Syndrome, a skin disease that can lead to vision loss.
