In an interview with POLITICO after his speech, Breitbart walked back his comments by saying he has no immediate plans or timetable to move forward with the project.

“I winged that one,” he said. “It’s a goal. Every boy can have a dream. I can’t middle relieve for the Dodgers anymore, so I want to have my own news network.”

“I’ll have a network, I’m sure I will,” he added, confidently. “I’ll figure that out. I’m not that worried about it.”
