On his new book, “Our Choice: A Plan to Solve the Climate Crisis”

The research for this book was unique in that over a three-year period, I conducted multiple so-called solution summits and gathered the leading experts in every subject that’s relevant to a plan to solve the climate crisis. It was sort of a roundtable format, off the record to encourage the maximum candor. After finishing one summit, I’d prepare for the next and then find that there was another subject that sort of fell between the categories, so we’d organize one on that. And that was an important part of the process because, in essence, the book is based on the insights of these experts. There were a lot of “ah-ha” moments for me.
