“You have these ppl getting on national television saying ‘We’re the head of the national tea party,’ and now you have these guys saying, ‘We’re the head of the Florida tea party.’ There’s no such thing,” said Henry Kelley, the vice chairman of the Fort Walton Tea Party in the Florida panhandle. “It just drove me crazy when I saw that. We are a group of independents and people are trying to hijack it. It undermines the whole concept.”
