The tragic irony in all this is let’s say ObamaCare was enacted into law already. From most accounts I’ve seen it would be going into effect for several years at least, so in all likelihood this girl would still not have had coverage. Would Boehner still be to blame or would the Democrats who passed it but did not yet enact it be taking the hit for it?
