I’m talking about Scott Roeder, of course, who is charged with the murder of George Tiller, a doctor who performed late term abortions in Wichita, Kansas, and who is now in custody, where he has reportedly said that he has knowledge of other plots to kill “abortion doctors.”

Isn’t that exactly what people mean when they invoked the “ticking time bomb?” And isn’t what Roeder, who has a history of abortion clinic attacks, knows prima facie evidence of terrorism, albeit of the domestic kind?
