Let’s make one thing really clear — Mitch Berg, Tommy Huynh and I are all big fans of Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers … all evidence to the contrary.  Mitch went freestyle on last week’s NARN show while Tommy and I did backup singing on Mitch’s special version of “Freefallin'”, remade into a song ripping the fleebaggers.  Since the show, we’ve had a few requests from selected masochists fans that want a second listen to this impromptu tribute.  Don’t miss Tommy in the producer booth behind me swinging a lighter:

This proves that the NARN can play hardball.  After listening to this once, we heard that the Democrats almost caved just to get us to shut up.  Lesson of the day: don’t let any of us near a karaoke machine.
