This qualifies as a palate-cleanser these days, I believe. Greg Hengler clips this segment from Fox & Friends this morning, in which Griff Jenkins spots the Madison Highway Clinic … which operates in the middle of the road. Patients at this clinic lecture reporters on privacy while, er, getting “examined” in the middle of a crowd. One patient tells Griff that she may explode from mental stress at any moment, thanks to the goings-on at the state capital in Madison. Gee, what parent wouldn’t want a teacher who admits she may go postal from stress at the front of their child’s classroom?
Griff doesn’t actually ask for an excuse to call in sick at Fox, but he keeps asking for a blank form, and keeps getting refused. Are Wisconsin doctors discriminating against reporters in their admission policies to these new retail clinics? And if it’s so easy to get medical care — heck, these patients aren’t even having to go indoors to find it — then why exactly do we need ObamaCare? So many questions …
