Today, on the Ed Morrissey Show (3 pm ET), Kerry Picket of the Washington Times returns to discuss the latest stories breaking in the nation’s capital, as well as what she’s posting at The Water Cooler. We’ll talk about the statement from Paul Kanjorski yesterday and wonder whether the media will give it the “macaca” treatment. We’ll also ask Kerry about the DISCLOSE Act and whether we will see action today or tomorrow on it.
Next, we welcome back King Banaian, our favorite economist and my NARN colleague, to analyze the latest economic indicators, especially in the housing markets. Are we heading into a double-dip recession? Plus, King also will bring us up to date in his Minnesota House bid in St. Cloud.
Speaking of the House, John Randall of the NRCC gives us his weekly update on the hottest Congressional races around the country. We’ll look at the South Carolina primary results and see how the GOP will aim to pick up seats there.
