Earlier today, Wisconsin Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen explained how he needs to seek permission from the Governor or the legislature to pursue a lawsuit against the individual mandate in ObamaCare. In Arizona, they have the opposite problem. The Governor and the legislature want the AG to sue to protect against federal encroachment on state and individual privileges, but AG Terry Goddard — a Democratic candidate for Governor — refused.
