It would have killed more, too, if an IDF soldier hadn’t acted quickly.  Somehow appropriating a firearm, he jumped into the cockpit — where a police officer was already struggling with the attacker — and killed the driver with a point-blank burst. A look at the wreckage left in the bulldozer’s wake will give viewers an idea of the violence in this attack:

Two people were killed and more than 30 injured when a Palestinian man rammed a bulldozer into a bus and a car in Jerusalem on Wednesday before he was shot dead, medics and police said.

Police described the incident as a terror attack.

This looks more like a spontaneous attack than anything with extensive planning. Either that, or Palestinian terrorists have run low on explosives this summer.
