The woke mind virus infection began spreading sometime in the early 2000s, but didn't reach pandemic levels until the late Obama years. It was, metaphorically, engineered in American and European university labs to infect ordinary people through diffusion in schools and universities, and became pandemic in the Summer of Floyd, alongside the similarly engineered COVID virus.
The mind virus was intentionally spread, while COVID was almost certainly a lab leak, but both are equally artificial, and both have caused incalculable damage to the economies, social trust, and people. And they will remain endemic well into the future.
As with COVID, the people most severely warped by the virus are our ruling class, who turned significant problems into catastrophes. And they did so by adopting the most authoritarian means to push policies they apparently thought would help mitigate the damage, but which instead made things infinitely worse.

As bad as the woke mind virus has hit the United States, it has arguably done even more damage in the United Kingdom. While the George Floyd riots left regions of some American cities in ruins, created a crime wave, and exacerbated racial tensions, there were large pockets of American society that had natural immunity. The worst damage was done in Deep Blue regions.
Less so in the United Kingdom, largely because it has fewer constitutional limits on government authority and its ruling class is, if anything, far less diverse than in the United States. The distance between the Labour Party and the Tories on social issues is much smaller than the Republicans and Democrats, and Reform was still a fringe movement seen as utterly socially unacceptable.
That's how THIS happened:
Apparently, being “openly Jewish” is an offense in Starmer’s UK.https://t.co/c0ABbM38KA

Thirty people a day are arrested for causing offense to others, meaning others who are protected from offense. You can call a white heterosexual Brit anything you like, but if a white heterosexual Brit offends you in any way—and the "victim" gets to decide whether whatever you said is offensive—you are subject to arrest.
The only person who can judge what is offensive is the person who claims offense. It's like "microaggressions," where there is no objective standard, but merely feelings.
The Henry Nowak case demonstrates exactly what happens when you set that standard and match it with training that puts racial or gender offenses at the top of the criminal hierarchy. For police, allowing a person stabbed to bleed out and die is far preferable for their careers than getting accused of being racially insensitive.
You called for riots in all 50 states in my country after George Floyd died.

Dozens of people died in those far-left riots you encouraged. pic.twitter.com/84epsxvNZ0
That isn't an exaggeration. It's not hyperbole. You don't get four officers equally insensitive to a dying man's pleas for help by accident. It was baked into the training of every single officer that preventing and/or punishing racial offense (or gender-based offense) is one of their highest duties.

The Home Secretary stood at the despatch box today and said there must be no two tier policing in Britain. The police have a sacred duty to act without fear or favour. Everyone is equal before the law.
Shabana Mahmood said this the day after the body cam footage of Henry Nowak's final minutes was released. A boy who told officers nine times he could not breathe and had been stabbed. An officer who replied I don't think you have, mate. A killer who was never handcuffed and was taken to choose his food while his victim died in the street. A government whose spokesman said, while that footage existed, that there is no such thing as two tier policing.
That statement lasted hours before political pressure made it untenable. It was withdrawn. Not because the government had examined the evidence. It was withdrawn because the evidence had become impossible to ignore. The Commons Speaker Sir Lindsay Hoyle had to order the government to make a statement to MPs. A government that requires a Speaker's instruction to respond to one of the most disturbing pieces of body cam footage in British policing history does not take two tier policing seriously. It manages it.
Mahmood warned that anyone using this tragedy to stoke division should be rejected. But the division was not created by those naming it. It was created by decades of multicultural policy, progressive institutional capture and DEI training frameworks that systematically prioritised community cohesion over equal treatment under the law. Rotherham. Rochdale. Oldham. The Batley teacher still in hiding five years later. The Bradford hate crime scrutiny panel chairman sacked for naming the elephant in the room. And now Henry Nowak. The same cause. Different victims. Different towns. The same silence from the same institutions until silence became politically impossible.
The training that conditioned those officers to treat a racism accusation as more urgent than a dying boy's pleas was not an accident. It was built by the Police Race Action Plan, the National Police Chiefs Council's institutional racism declarations, the College of Policing's redesigned disciplinary framework and fifty years of DEI ideology embedded across policing, education, the civil service, HR departments, universities and every institution that shapes how Britain's public servants think and act. Gramsci theorised it. Dutschke operationalised it. Mahmood is now standing at the despatch box condemning its most visible consequence while her government continues to fund and embed its causes.
The training standards are readily available online and are very clear about the importance of two-tier justice as a form of redress for past racial discrimination. British politicians are loudly decrying accusations of two-tier justice, but the plain truth is laid out in black and white, and random conversations with British police show that the training has stuck. They don't roll their eyes at the absurdity of what they are taught. They embrace the training and are enthusiastic about arresting people who are accused of being mean.

The very politicians who are decrying the rage in the UK over Henry's death at the hands of both his murderer and his accomplices, the police, were very supportive of riots in the United States in 2020, and even proposed sanctioning the United States by refusing to export riot gear during our civil unrest.

Here’s what prominent Brits said as America’s cities burned.
Very fortunately, protesters mourning Nowak have not ignited infrastructure, murdered anyone, or otherwise cut an antisocial swathe of destruction through the UK. To the extent any of them care what America thinks, we urge them to remain peaceful—and we expect they will. Just like Henry Nowak and just like Americans, ordinary Brits have been slandered as racist. Thus violent. They’re not.
No doubt the liberals in Britain mostly believed their obnoxious condemnations of the United States as we dealt with cities being torched and businesses being looted. They probably thought that CHAZ/CHOP takeovers of downtowns were wonderful, because they are infected with the mind virus that has hijacked their rational minds.
But they were also posturing, as they are now. Their virtue signaling has been an added bonus, and they deserve whatever opprobrium they get as they complain that the president and our State Department take them to task for being hypocrites.

Nick: So you agree taking the knee is mere symbolism?
Lammy: We were in a pandemic!

Ruling class Britons are furious that people are criticizing their obsession with racial justice policing, despite having spent years attacking the United States in far more obviously inciting manners.

So what? American liberals may be upset that their European counterparts are criticizing America, but anybody who has developed immunity to the woke mind virus doesn't care.
What we do care about is our similarly immune brothers and sisters in Western countries being liberated from the Orwellian nightmare they are forced to live in. One where the mere accusation of offending somebody marks you as eligible for arrest, abuse, or even death. One where people of "South Asian descent" can rape your children with impunity, and can do just about anything they like and be treated with kid gloves.

Even after it was clear that Vikrum Digwa murdered Henry Nowak, he was never handcuffed and was treated with kid gloves. He was escorted to the commissary to pick out his food, and treated with the deference one gives to a diplomat in trouble.
The same police had no trouble dragging a dying man on gravel, pulling his arms behind his back as he cried "I can't breathe," and watching him bleed out.
Because that is how they were trained.
