I Voted For THIS

Donald Trump, I admit, often makes me shake my head.

I am 61, so I still instinctively prefer the Reagan style of respectful optimism and criticizing through gentle humor, even though I fully understand that Reagan led a very different America, and that Trump's hyperaggressiveness is likely better suited to the social media age.

It's not a reasoned response; it is a nostalgic impulse.

But even I make exceptions for Trump's Don Rickles act in certain cases, such as insulting the World Economic Forum, the United Nations, and scumbags like Adam Schiff. They fully deserve every barb they get, and many, many more.

Trump is currently lambasting the transnational elite at the World Economic Forum meeting in Davos, and he has freed some others who usually remain silent and respectful to do the same.

"Without [Trump] and his strategies, we wouldn't be here today, and so I'm really grateful for all of his policies...

over the course of the next 3 more years, we're going to manufacture approximately half a trillion dollars worth of AI computing systems here in the U.S."

CEOs who once quailed in fear are speaking out, and skeptical world leaders are banging the drum against the globalism that is destroying the West.

The Trump administration is at the World Economic Forum to tell them to get stuffed, and if there is ANYTHING I put at the top of the list in my vote it is THAT. Out of globalization comes so many of our domestic problems.

“The Trump Administration and I are here to make a very clear point—globalization has failed the West and the United States of America. It’s a failed policy… and it has left America behind.”

America is done exporting jobs and offshoring its future. We will no longer give in to globalization.

Economic problems. Ideological capture of the bureaucracy. Corporations bending to leftist activists. Net Zero. DEI. Even gender ideology has spread outward and captured corporate boardrooms because of international pressure.

Donald Trump has offended many European leaders because he has been stern and, to be honest, very disrespectful to them. I note, though, that most of these European countries have been extremely disrespectful of the United States for decades, lied to us about their own commitments, broken many agreements, and have tried to bully the United States through regulations, while relying on the US to protect their territory and world trade.

Trump is treating them like children because they have behaved like children, threatening to run away from home while having depended on us for all their lives. They scream, ineffectually, like toddlers, and Trump is treating them as if they are throwing tantrums.

The World Economic Forum is where the elites tell us to eat bugs and be happy about it. They outline a future where we will own nothing and be happy. They explain how the plebs must submit to the technocrats. They eat filet while decrying the depredations of farming too much.

SUNNY HOSTIN: To that point, Whoopi, you would be in a lot of company. You believe at this point that the president of the United States may not have his full faculties?

GOLDBERG: I felt that before now!

Transnationalist elites are furious that Trump is treating them as they deserve.

Me? I voted for this.

Editor's note: If we thought our job in pushing back against the Academia/media/Democrat censorship complex was over with the election, think again. This is going to be a long fight.
