Does the Left Have a Modified al Qaeda Strategy to Defeat The West?

No, I don't expect Leftists to begin trying to blow up airplanes or skyscrapers--well, maybe smaller buildings and businesses--but I have been thinking about the strategy behind the leftist low-level terrorism campaign against conservatives, and there may be a similarity between al Qaeda's strategy to defeat the West and Leftists'.

In this case, I am not talking about the institutional technocratic left--they are capturing our domestic and transnational institutions to put maximum power into their own hands. They want the economic, technological, and cultural power in their own hands and certainly want to encourage sybaritic behavior to keep us all focused on material and physical pleasure.

In this case, I am speaking of the anarcho-decolonizing left, which often allies with but ultimately wants to destroy the transnational elite, who would be the first up against the wall were these fanatics to succeed. (Hint: they won't. Such movements always collapse due to power struggles).

It is now well understood that al Qaeda wanted to draw the United States and hopefully other Western powers into an armed conflict in the Middle East, provoking a face-to-face armed struggle that they (wrongly) believed they could win or, at minimum, weaken the US and create maximum havoc.

Osama and al Qaeda believed that they had History and God on their side, and if they struck the US hard and provoked a war on their own soil, where they had advantages, instead of here in the US, they could prevail. The terrorism was a lure, not the point in itself.

I believe that, consciously or unconsciously, the anarcho-left is pursuing a similar strategy to incite a civil war that will bring down the current US regime. If this sounds insane, recall that less than two years ago it became quite popular on TikTok among liberals to reassess Osama's critique of America and the West and to endorse his tactics to destroy it. Over the past 24 hours, thousands of TikToks (at least) have been posted where people share how they just read Bin Laden’s infamous "Letter to America," in which he explained why he attacked the United States.

The TikToks are from people of all ages, races, ethnicities, and backgrounds. Many of them say that reading the letter has opened their eyes, and they’ll never see geopolitical matters the same way again.

Many of them — and I have watched a lot — say it has made them reevaluate their perspective on how what is often labeled as terrorism can be a legitimate form of resistance to a hostile power.

This is not limited to TikTok; similar videos have been posted on other social media platforms.

The Guardian had a copy of “Letter to America” posted, but once these TikToks went viral, the Guardian took it down, which has only led to more interest in the letter and conspiracies from TikTokers who say this is part of the media and the powers that control it trying to silence the truth.

Of course, I doubt that random TikTokers suddenly started building IEDs, bought AKs, and started organizing to take down the US, but the idea has been out there and found sympathy among relatively normal people. Imagine what the radicals think about it.

We have already seen a huge spike in terrorism from trans activists. Many of the attacks on Teslas and Tesla showrooms were done by trans "women," and a number of mass shootings have been as well. "Kill TERFs" has become a common slogan as well.

Relatively normal AWFLs are fantasizing about violent resistance, and while they won't do it themselves, they have already cheered it on, up to an including endorsing Luigi Mangione's cause and helping fund his very expensive defense.

As far as I can tell, there is no backlash among Democrats to the increasing violence, which instead has inspired a bunch of "I don't endorse violence, but..." tut-tutting. That is, in fact, a tacit endorsement of violence, and we know that the Democrat-controlled ActBlue is raising money for the extremist wing of the Party that commits these terroristic acts.

As I wrote earlier today, the left is ramping up their terrorist activity, and I have already seen the same sort of "justification" by liberals who are distinguishing between acceptable "property damage" and actual violence and declaiming that threatening violence for political purposes is not real terrorism, but political speech that is perfectly understandable because the US is an evil regime.

Have you seen top Democrats decrying the "swatting" of conservatives? That is attempted murder-by-cop, and the institutional left seems fine with that.

A website called “Dogequest” has reportedly published the names, addresses, and phone numbers of Tesla owners across the U.S., complete with an interactive map and a Molotov cocktail cursor. The site claims it will only remove personal data if owners prove they've sold their Teslas, in an apparent backlash to Elon’s ties with the Trump administration. This comes as Tesla dealerships face gunfire, arson attempts, and Cybertruck owners report harassment, while anti-Tesla protests ramp up nationwide.Source: New York Post

The George Floyd riots were portrayed as "fiery but mostly peaceful," and Establishment Democrats like Nancy Pelosi openly expressed that there should be more uprisings because the US was facing fascism.

If Republicans are Nazis, isn't anything justified to stop us? Including assassinations, as was attempted on Trump?

This is a modified al Qaeda strategy--use violence to provoke a war that they believe they can win because their cause is righteous. The tactics are somewhat different, but the strategy is remarkably similar.

They want a war, and are doing their best to make it happen.
