SO MUCH WINNING!
And I am not tired of it yet, President Trump. I'll let you know when I get there.
Jim Acosta is reportedly out at CNN, although no formal announcement has yet been made as of this writing.

Acosta's rise and fall was tied 100% to Donald Trump; he made his bones as CNN's anti-Trump White House reporter, back when being a Trump antagonist was all you needed to be in order to get ahead in journalism. But as the winds of popularity have changed, Acosta's commercial value dropped through the floor.
Jim Acosta is out at CNN after 18 years. His biggest contribution to society was getting spanked by DJT on live TV: pic.twitter.com/auCEAUXgOw

I often accuse people in the Pravda Media of being midwits, but I wouldn't include Acosta in that esteemed category. He is a halfwit. While most reporters are slightly above average in intelligence, Acosta's sole qualification for rising above the pack and getting his own show on CNN was that he was particularly nasty to Trump and his supporters.
HOLY COW!!! Congressman Tim Burchett just ended CNN live on air.
— George (@BehizyTweets) January 22, 2025
Jim Acosta: "This is CNN. This is the news."
Burchett: "And that's why more people are watching the cartoon network, Spongebob reruns right now." 😂🔥
Well done, Congressman. pic.twitter.com/nIsv6iEod8
Acosta has the intellect of Whoopi Goldberg with the emotional regulation of Selena Gomez and the self-awareness of a celebrity bloviating about poverty.
Selena Gomez filmed herself ugly crying about the current mass deportations.

Because of course the out of touch celebrity with zero understanding of how dangerous our country has become is crying for the criminals being deported.
How pathetic. pic.twitter.com/Mo54ZAGq8O
Rumors of Acosta's departure have been swirling for days. CNN axed him out of their daytime schedule and had reportedly offered a midnight slot--widely known as the "Siberia" of cable TV. Presumably, they offered him that slot because he still had some time on his contract.
Jim Acosta: You can't just spin a tale and pull the wool over people's eyes. This is CNN. This is the news. 🤣

Hey Jim, look at yourself. 🤡 pic.twitter.com/pofXWTG2qo
Acosta has apparently decided that he'd rather leave with his head high than take the humiliation. But, of course, he remains humiliated by being banished to Siberia, and now he will be so without a paycheck.
Jim Acosta is OUT at CNN.

I'd like to thank Jim Acosta for this timeless moment... When Donald Trump shut him down and told him "You Are Fake News!" pic.twitter.com/TOcGddoSfn
Acosta's problem, which he may not understand yet, is that he isn't being tossed for being too liberal. As with Don Lemon, only more so, he is being tossed out because he is a no-talent hack with an ego the size of Jupiter.
Jim Acosta last week went on yet another sanctimonious rant about how he’s a superhero and that the free press is so sacred.
— Greg Price (@greg_price11) January 28, 2025
One week later, he’s now leaving CNN after getting booted from the morning show.pic.twitter.com/Gk5Fe1d7Ky https://t.co/bMXqlP3CV5
Lest you think I am dunking on Acosta because he is liberal, I'm not. There are smart liberals who may infuriate me with their opinions but who have well-thought-out ideas and who deserve a hearing. People like Van Jones, with whom I often disagree but with whom I would be happy to share a dinner and a drink.
CNN is cutting employees with abandon--they just let go another 200 or so in a cost-saving measure--and they have a lot more to do before they hit bottom.
CNN does have two standout talents: Harry Enten and Scott Jennings. Both are entertaining and give value for your time.
With the exception of those two, the whole network is a dumpster fire.
