Abrams became a Democratic Party superstar after she lost her bid to become governor of Georgia. Back when claims of stolen elections were all the rage among Democrats, as they may soon be again, Abrams was the poster child for the party. They loved her so much that they literally fantasized that she would become the President of Earth.

Democrats live in a bizarro world in which they can imagine something into reality. It is really something to watch a video clip in which a Vulcan is awed by Abrams' dignity.

The whole "voter suppression" meme is driven by the Democrats' love of grievance politics. Without an evil Klansman (who was, by the way, a Democrat), their world is not complete. Donald Trump is the Grand Wizard, Hitler, Stalin, Mussolini, and Khan in their minds, and he leads a movement determined to execute all dissenters from his cult.

Facts are irrelevant in this world. Plausibility is irrelevant. It is all "vibes" and hate. 

There is no voter suppression in Georgia, the KKK is not burning crosses on anybody's lawn, and Stacey Abrams is a remarkable, unpleasant grifter only a Democrat could love.

You do have to admit, though, that she is beautiful as Lizzo. Stunning and brave, although she needs to adopt the Lizzo wardrobe to really carry the look off. Maybe the fashion editors at The Washington Post could give her a bit of advice to help her achieve the full Lizzo.
