J.D. Vance is SOOOO good at this. 

The corporate media has been on a mission to destroy Donald Trump for almost a decade. They take swings at him, and he gives as good as he gets in the verbal fistfights. Think of it as a WWE fight where big bruisers slug it out. 

The media taking on J.D. Vance, though, is something else entirely. The media assassins come at him with fists and occasionally a sword, and Vance whips out his gun and shoots them. 

Vance is a master at this kind of campaigning. I have never seen anybody better at dealing with the hostile media than he, and this weekend he gave a master class in taking down a "journalist," if you can call Martha Raddatz one. 

The issue was the gang takeovers of apartment complexes in Aurora, CO. There has been a war of words over the war against gangs, with the media claiming that Trump was pushing "misinformation" about how serious things have gotten. The mayor of Aurora is trying to downplay the problem, and the MSM is determined to help because nothing says credible like a government title in their eyes. 

The only problem for them is reality. Reality, it turns out, backs Trump and Vance. So Raddatz tried to soft-pedal it. Only a "handful" of apartment complexes have been overrun by gangs toting assault rifles. No big deal at all.

Vance's answer is perfect. Absolutely perfect. Raddatz may think gangs terrorizing the proles is no big deal, but that is because she is certain that no gang members will be knocking on her door anytime soon. 

After months of silence, the apartment complex managers have had enough, and they have come out strong attacking the media's ridiculous downplaying of the issue.

The authorities in Aurora are downplaying the problem because they refused to do anything about it. For whatever reason--and I suspect it was fear of taking on a Venezuelan gang that is armed better than the police--they allowed this problem to fester. They abandoned their citizens.

The city--which likely gets money from the federal government for migrant housing--didn't want to rock the boat. So they allowed the gang problem to escalate. 

When confronted, many of these illegal tenants and squatters claimed they had already paid rent, which we soon realized was true—but not to us. They were paying rent to a different entity.

Raddatz no doubt knows the story--it's not that hard to find out. I know it. You know it. Trump and Vance know it. I suspect that somebody with the resources of ABC News behind her knows it very well. 

But The Narrative™ required her to downplay it, and Vance murdered her. 

How many apartment complexes do Americans have to cede to Venezuelan gangs before it becomes a real problem? Apparently, not a "handful" in Aurora because people in Aurora don't count. It isn't until people of Martha Raddatz's class get hurt that resources should be mobilized and illegal immigration becomes an issue.

You can see that ABC will do anything to maintain The Narrative™--even after Vance destroys Raddatz, they maintain the "exaggeration" line and claim that Trump is lying. But this is self-discrediting. A few more examples of this sort of thing and even some of the brainwashed will start to wake up. 

The media has already lost the ability to define Trump. They have done their worst and he is still standing. Members of the establishment still believe that if they just demonize Trump a little harder people will finally see he is Hitler, but the truth is that most normal people now ignore new criticisms of Trump. People who hate Trump will just hate him a bit more, if possible, but everybody else just shrugs. 

The thing is, a handful of news organizations could end Trump's campaign tomorrow, if they covered his racism, conspiracism, age, sexual assaults, and criminality the exact same way that those same topics get covered when any other candidate does the same or less than him.

In fact, Trump has his highest approval ratings since before he came down the escalator in 2015. People now approve of his presidency at much higher rates than Biden's. The media has lost its power over Trump. What else can they say about him? That he hired hookers to pee in a bed Obama slept in? That he conspired with Putin to steal an election? That he is Hitler, Stalin, and Pol Pot combined?

They have said it all, and people see through the BS now. 

The addition of J.D. Vance to the ticket gave Trump a new weapon to take down the MSM liars, and it is working. 

Trump has had a mixed record of picking staff, but his choice of Vance was inspired. I have argued for months, even while others claimed the Vance choice was an unforced error--that J.D. is a once-in-a-generation talent and the perfect choice. 

I was right.
