It's Hoaxes All the Way Down...

The mainstream media keeps screaming about "disinformation" and "misinformation." Still, somehow, they never seem to notice that Kamala Harris and Tim Walz have only ever said a true thing by accident.

It's remarkable, really, when you think about how absurd the Harris campaign is.

Tim Walz, Kamala's running mate, couldn't tell the truth to save his life. He lied about his service, his DUI, his coaching history, his record as governor, his desire to leave you alone, and even how his children were conceived. He served in Afghanistan. In Iraq. Against Russia in the Ukraine war... OK, I made that last one up, but you get the idea.

The guy couldn't tell the truth to save his life.

Kamala? I'm pretty sure she doesn't precisely LIE, because I am pretty sure she has no idea of what the truth IS. She is so deeply steeped in Critical Theory that the meaning of words has evaporated. We can't even be sure if she worked at McDonalds or not--she claims to have, but McDonalds has no record of it, and she won't say which franchise she worked at.

The campaign literally clammed up about her supposed summer job at McDonalds. If you can't defend even the most basic biographical facts, what can you defend?

Not much. So the campaign says nothing about Harris and Walz except that they like food. I like food. I don't know anybody who doesn't like food. So, the topic is pretty safe.

This does leave a void in the campaign--you can't talk about hot dishes and collard greens in bathtubs all the time (yuck). So the campaign's strategy is to run on hoaxes.

Honestly. If you follow the Twitter/X campaign handle @kamalaHQ you will see nothing but lies. A steady stream of lies all tied together by a desire to commit a massive hoax on the American people.

The big hoax is "Project 2025," of course. As you know, Project 2025 was a Heritage Foundation project to put together a series of policies they hoped Trump would use as a template. Having done the same thing at a nonprofit, I know this gambit well. It is a way to get your ideas out, raise funding from donors who like your ideas, and when a few proposals get through you declare VICTORY.

These are standard fare at every nonprofit/think tank, and no candidate wants anything to do with them during a campaign. They are both too busy and too uninterested in getting tied down to any one nonprofit's agenda.

Kamala invented the idea that Project 2025 is a Trump project, and since it is 900 pages she can claim it says anything she wants it to say. Nobody has read the whole thing, including the various authors of the sections. Certainly, Trump hasn't sat down to read 900 pages of policy wonkery, and neither has any reporter.

Kamala could argue that it calls for child sacrifice and nobody would be able to refute her, since we would all fall asleep before we got through the whole thing.

Kamala's campaign also has an interesting habit of calling any Republican or conservative she likes a "Trump operative," which sounds scary but means literally nothing. She pulls this trick a lot, clipping some talking head or another saying something out of context that sounds scary to liberals and claiming they are speaking for Trump.

She's done this with Charlie Kirk, Captain Kirk, and Kirk Douglas too.

Well, maybe not the last two.  But so far I have seen Charlie Kirk and Dan Bongino portrayed as Trump operatives, as well as Michael Knowles. Since I know who they are, she isn't fooling me, but she is trying to fool the American people who don't.

But the biggest hoax of all is the "aw shucks, I am just a middle-class black girl who climbed the ladder on my own" shtick she is selling.

Kamala is the child of two well-off college professors, and she certainly didn't sweat a lot climbing the social and economic ladder by her own efforts. This is not a knock on her--I am the child of two academics and am neither proud nor ashamed of it. It is just who I am. But the idea that she or her mother had to scrimp and save to just get by is ridiculous on its face.

As are her phony accents. She seems to invent a new one a week or so.

There is not one thing about Kamala Harris that is real in this campaign, and there is a reason for that: she sucks at this. She avoids the media because she has to. She flips and flops on her policies because nobody likes what she does. She has to be hidden because the alternative is being exposed.

Is anybody fooled? I have no idea. Surely a LOT of people want to pretend to be fooled because, to them, the alternative is unthinkable. They supported a mentally vacant man to become the person with his finger on the nuclear button, dooming our world to the chaos, economic decline, and war we see right now, they are choosing to believe that the most vacuous person in politics should be president rather than confront the fact that Trump is the better choice.

Everything about this campaign is so fake it hurts to look at. It is a testament to the power of Trump Derangement Syndrome that in the midst of all the crises we face, there are people who would hand Kamala Harris any power at all.

Listen to Kamala in these two videos and tell me if you notice a slight differrence?

There is not one real thing about her.

Yet there are some people who are buying all this dreck, and it is the power of the hoax that makes it possible. Just as they believed the "Fine People" hoax" the "Steele Dossier" hoax, the "Inject Bleach" hoax, they seem to be buying what the Harris campaign and the MSM are selling.

None of this would work, of course, if we had any real journalists anymore. But the ones left in the mainstream media see their job as helping Democrats and harming Republicans, calling their role "public service journalism."

I call it "power-hungry" journalism, and it makes me sick. The biggest hoax of all is that journalism exists anymore.
