Tulsi Gabbard Taking Legal Action Against Biden Administration

By now, you likely know that Tulsi Gabbard was put on a terrorist watch list and harassed whenever she travels by plane.

Tulsi is a Lieutenant Colonel in the Army Reserves, deployed to Iraq despite her original orders not requiring her to go (she pressed for the opportunity), and of course she was a Congresswoman and presidential candidate.

But she is also a former Democrat and strong critic of the Biden administration and the current Democratic Party, and because of that she has been labeled an enemy of the regime.

There is absolutely no reason for Gabbard to be part of the "Quiet Skies" program. None. Not one.

Quiet Skies is extremely resource-intensive. Not only do people on the list get enhanced scrutiny and searches, but they are also followed by police at the airports, and armed Air Marshals follow them on flights because the target is deemed a security risk.

She was put on the Quiet Skies list the day after she appeared on Fox News criticizing the Deep State:

In other words, there is nothing benign about being put on the watchlist. Gabbard has literally been labeled a potential terrorist by Alejandro Mayorkas' Department of Homeland Security. Mayorkas is the man who has kept the border open, and who is in charge of the Secret Service. The Secret Service conspicuously failed to protect Donald Trump. Mayorkas also made the man most directly responsible for that failure the Director of the Secret Service after the resignation of Kim Cheatle, and that man is in charge of investigating why HE failed to do his job.

Mayorkas, in other words, is the man Joe Biden and Kamala Harris put in charge of destroying American democracy. He is an evil man.

Homeland Security has conspicuously failed to explain why Gabbard was placed on the list, but we all know why she was. Kamala Harris is the last best hope of the totalitarian left. They are like cornered rats, as I wrote earlier today, and they will do anything to prevent Trump ascending back to power.

Anything. Like allowing a known Iranian terrorist wander the country hiring hitmen to kill Donald Trump. The FBI gave him special permission to spend months here, knowing that he was meeting with people to recruit them for an assassination, and arrested him on July 12th, one day before the Butler shootings.

It strains credulity to believe that this was a coincidence given how much we know about the Secret Services puzzling failures on July 13th, and especially the fact that Butler was the very first event where the Secret Service deployed snipers who eventually took Crooks out AFTER he finished firing his shots.

Do I KNOW Mayorkas had something to do with that? No, I don't. But if the standard is "preponderance of the evidence" instead of "beyond a reasonable doubt," a competent prosecutor could convince a jury of it I am quite certain.

Gabbard is right to sue, although I suspect that everybody involved will successfully claim immunity if they ever get before a judge and jury. This will go away, because the blob always gets away with it.

Conservatives will be outraged. The few independent thinkers in the media will be outraged. But nothing will come of it because nothing ever does.
