Bibi Netanyahu, who is in the midst of a war with Hamas, is flying to the United States to speak to a joint session of Congress.
Kamala Harris, as President of the Senate, is supposed to preside. She is declining to do so, and has also declined to even meet with the Israeli Prime Minister.
Disgraceful: Kamala Harris’ first official act as the presumptive Democratic nominee for President of the United States is to snub the leader of America’s key strategic ally, the Jewish state.

Kamala Harris would be a total disaster for the US-Israel relationship. https://t.co/FiUTiWWw7O
Joe Biden has already declined due to "health reasons," which probably don't include cooling down to room temperature, although to be honest, as I write this, nobody is certain about that. His doctor claims he is still able to get upright, but nobody else has seen that.
BREAKING.🚨

The White House Physician has released a statement claiming that President Biden is almost healthy.
"His symptoms have almost resolved completely."
There is still no sign of Joe Biden addressing the public. pic.twitter.com/IWdw7ptbnA
If Biden is well and not infectious, why is he refusing to meet Netanyahu?
We all know the answer, and it is the same as that of Kamala Harris and Democrat Senator Patty Murray: they all hate Israel and especially Bibi Netanyahu, and worry that their left flank would crucify them for being seen with or even near Netanyahu.
Netanyahu is en route to the US to meet with Biden tomorrow, and the meeting was just canceled.

Where is Joe Biden? https://t.co/JLw9NM9Ybk
They have Michigan to win, and if that means tossing aside our best ally in the Middle East to have a better shot at keeping the White House, then the lives of a few Jews is a small price to pay for their political ambitions.

Kamala Harris has reportedly declined to preside over the Senate for Benjamin Netanyahu's address to Congress this week @TheInsiderPaper pic.twitter.com/mDhyd7U9uj
I wouldn't be surprised if some crazy Democrat congresscritter actually disrupted the speech, although that is so out of bounds that it may not happen. But plenty of Democrats are refusing to attend, and that sends a clear signal to the world where they stand in the war between Hamas and Israel, and it isn't on the side of democracy.
Democrats intend to protest our ALLY Israels Netanyahu this week. Yet openly drool when Zelensky is coming.

Speaker Johnson says those who interrupt Netanyahu's speech in Congress this week could be arrestedhttps://t.co/dNROIgQwQS
The Democrat split on Israel is just one of many unresolved issues in what I have called the Democrat civil war. Today the Democrats are apparently uniting around Kamala, but the underlying issues remain. It is going to be very hard to paper over these differences for over 100 days, and I don't expect they will be able to.
The fractures are not skin deep. The Democrats may just be able to hold everything together, but it will take a Herculean effort. And throwing the Jews off the bus is probably the first step among many that might cost them dearly.
