Analyst? NBC/MSNBC uses Glenn Kirschner to provide them with legal "analysis," and as you would suppose he is a disgusting and dishonest political hack who has the ethics of a snake.
In what seems on its face a frivolous but damaging campaign, Kirschner (the ANALYST, right) is pushing his YouTube and Twitter followers to submit frivolous and possibly unlawfully coordinated complaints that violate the rules of federal courts.
Judge Aileen Cannon's Pro-Trump Bias Is Showing: Here's a step-by-step guide to filing a Judicial Misconduct Complaint with the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. Because #JusticeMatters https://t.co/JnG3BvENjP

To be clear, it doesn't look like what he is doing is illegal--the court will accept some restricted number of coordinated complaints, but it sure stinks to high heaven and is an abuse both of the legal system and of his status as a news "analyst" who is supposed to provide something akin to unbiased coverage.
Not that you would expect anything unbiased from a mainstream media outlet, especially NBC News or MSNBC.

How does your call for your Twitter followers to file judicial-misconduct complaints *not* violate the federal rules?https://t.co/eP0l9owwoX https://t.co/X8ICVY6isu pic.twitter.com/pftCHXkz7c
You are not supposed to complain about judicial decisions, given that they are reviewable by higher courts. Clearly what Kirschner is upset about is that he isn't getting the results he likes, and in these days of lawfare that is all that counts for the Left. Last I checked Kirschner hasn't instigated a campaign against Judge Merchan, who violated ethics laws by contributing to Joe Biden, and whose daughter has been making bank on the Trump trial.
No, this is about getting Trump in front of a jury before the election.
What is so striking is how open this "analyst" is about his hatred for Trump, his desire to run a harassment campaign against Judge Cannon, and his willingness to throw anything resembling ethical behavior out the window.
What isn't clear to me is whether he thinks this is a good legal or political strategy, or just a naked appeal for clicks and loyalty to a base whose hatred of Trump and MAGA is so strong that they still believe that Trump hired hookers to pee on a bed.
Remember, in less than 2 months, Michael Avenatti appeared on MSNBC 43 times (in the same time period, he was on CNN more than 60!). Ethics and MSNBC go together, as well as oil and water do. It is all Trump hatred all the time, and it works for them.
It is people like this who lecture us about the "rule of law," norms, saving our democratic system, and similar pieties. They are as subtle as jackhammers and as discriminating in their aim as double-barreled shotguns fired by a blind man. They smell an Orange Man and they fire.

The campaign has already failed, unsurprisingly.
Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals chief judge William Pryor, in a May 22 order, rejected four complaints against Cannon for their lack of evidence to suggest that Cannon is engaging in misconduct:
“These complaints appear to be part of an orchestrated campaign, as described in Judicial-Conduct Rule 10(b) and the accompanying commentary. The Chief Circuit Judge of the Eleventh Circuit has considered and dismissed four of those orchestrated complaints as merits-related and as based on allegations lacking sufficient evidence to raise an inference that misconduct has occurred.”
It's hard to contain my contempt for these mainstream media propagandists, so I have quit trying. I despise them. I would rather spend an hour in a locked room with a cobra than socialize with any of them.
Well, maybe not that. But you get the idea.
