UK: Elderly Being Forced to Sell Their Homes To Be Used for Migrants

We keep on being told that the Great Replacement Theory is nonsense, and to a certain extent, it is. After all, people born in Western countries aren't going away.

So call it the great dilution reality. Western leaders, for their own reasons, have been pursuing a policy to import vast numbers of migrants from the third world, diluting the native-born population and radically changing the ethnic and social balance of their societies.

Well, the next stage of the dilution is in full swing. In some European countries, people are being kicked out of their homes. On Monday I wrote about the UK Ministry of Defence kicking people out of houses they were renting from the Ministry in order to provide free housing for migrants, and today I write about an attempt to kick people out of a home they just purchased for the same purpose.

The local Council decided their home was too big for them--it's just a modest rowhouse, actually--and perfect to house migrants. So they threatened them with compulsory selling of the home.

No, I am not kidding. The council threatened eminent domain for the purpose of housing migrants

An elderly couple who had just moved into their £200,000 house were horrified to receive a letter from their council suggesting the property could be subject to compulsory purchase and used to house asylum seekers.

Jose and Ted Saunders said they were 'insulted and shocked' when the strongly-worded letter from North Northamptonshire Council – which has never balanced its own books - dropped on their mat last month.

It said their neat mid-terraced house in Rushden, near Wellingborough, was deemed to be an empty property, or was 'derelict' and the council could even force them to sell it.

The home was not derelict nor was it empty.

The Northamptonshire Council says it is all a big mistake. They are targeting other homes for compulsory sales to house migrants.

Okey dokey.

It's not just in the UK. Apparently this is happening in Germany. "You have too big a dwelling for yourself; we can use it to house migrants."

Either politicians were too stupid to realize that letting millions of refugees into their countries wouldn't cause a housing crunch or they planned to do something similar all along. These governments haven't built temporary housing for migrants, such as manufactured homes. They are, instead, kicking people out of their homes.

Citizens are literally being told that their quality of life must be downgraded in order to satisfy a housing demand created by the government. And, of course, paying citizens are being replaced by nonpaying migrants.

We can theorize why this is happening, but it is no coincidence that Western countries are democracies of one kind or another, and in none of these countries has there been a strong popular movement to make this happen. Quite the opposite. All the political passion is on the other side.

The prior indifference to this crisis is waning among the populace as crime rates skyrocket, public services are strained, and people are watching their cities morph into dystopias.

Here in the US, it is clear there is a political motivation behind this, and it doesn't satisfy a demand by the populace to have millions of migrants dumped in their communities. It is clearly about changing demographics and, ultimately, locking in Democrat majorities.

Western "leaders" don't see themselves as accountable to their citizens, and when citizens object to these policies we are called White supremacists and xenophobes.

Politicians call the people they supposedly represent reprehensible names. This is diversity and inclusion.

One doesn't have to be indifferent to the plight of others to understand that immiserating one's population in order to take care of another that came from elsewhere is wrong. People from around the world want to come to the West because life is better here.

If we keep doing this it won't be. It will be a regression to the mean, and the mean in world living standards is what people are escaping in the first place.

This is madness.
