The Left keeps telling us that nobody does “gender-affirming” surgery on minors, despite everyone knowing that mastectomies and “bottom surgeries” are done on minors ever more frequently.

It doesn’t happen, and when it does it is life-saving and a good thing. But it never happens.

They claim this despite their poster child for “gender-affirming care”–who has been the star of a reality TV show for nearly a decade–Jazz Jennings got (unsuccessful) “bottom surgery” at the age of 17. You can watch the surgery and the aftermath (and the further surgeries) on YouTube, for God’s sake.

But still, it doesn’t ever happen and it is a good thing that it does. Because slicing kids up is life-saving care. Except that nobody ever does it and you are an evil transphobe for claiming that it does.

Well, Boston Children’s, which has been performing these surgeries and discussing them on YouTube until caught, is now again admitting it while ramping up its ability to serve ever more children with mutilating surgery.

This is in response to some states making such surgery (which doesn’t ever happen but it is life-saving when it does) illegal, which if it didn’t happen wouldn’t be a problem. It doesn’t happen ever but kids will flood our surgical practice because they will now be prevented from doing what never happens and come to Boston Children’s to have what never ever happens so we can do it to them here.

Back in the day, when it was revealed that Boston Children’s did perform these surgeries on children, the MSM mobilized to “debunk” the claim. Despite there being tons of videos promoting the procedures straight from Boston Children’s. They took them down, the MSM mobilized to bury the story, and the videos are still banned on Facebook with a notation that they are false.

They are not false.

Life is complicated when you are an evil liar. Especially when you have to advertise to get more surgeons to do surgery that never happens because you are about to be flooded with customers on whom you will be performing procedures that never happen.

But it does happen, and it is a bad thing. And Boston Children’s wants a bigger slice of the sweet sweet profits that it generates.

Boston Children’s Hospital co-director at its Center for Gender Surgery called for a drastic increase in capacity for what he called “gender-affirming care” (GAC), including surgeries, for kids as GOP states enact bans on the practices.

Oren Ganor is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon who specializes in gender-affirming surgeries. He has previously stated in an email that the hospital is “slightly flexible” when it comes to the age of transgender girls seeking genital surgery,” according to a local outlet. The policy had not been finalized, he said, “because of the issue around consent for sterilization.”

It doesn’t happen, except when it does and it is a good thing it does because it saves lives.

“Physicians who provide GAC will face a greater burden due to constraints in certain states… work to criminalize GAC for adolescents,” the article stated. “Especially as certain states work to criminalize GAC for adolescents, there will be an increased flux of patients traveling to seek care in states with more open legislation.”

It called for more clinics to be opened up with targeted knowledge on the gender-affirming model. They outlined several steps “to improve capacity for this patient population” since “there will be an increased flux of patients traveling to seek care in states with more open legislation.”

The authors recommended medical school residency programs expose future physicians to GAC by “increase training efforts” for “gender-affirming surgeries.”

“[P]lastic surgery residencies currently do not have a recommended number of gender-affirming surgery cases that plastic surgery trainees see during training,” the authors wrote.

See? It never happens. Although it is a good thing that it does and they need to expand their training to do it more.

This is what the modern Democrat party is fighting for. More abortions and more mutation of minors.

It is true that “bottom surgery” for minors is much rarer than “top surgery” for girls who want to be boys, which can happen even for pre-teens. WPATH, the “gold standard” gender-affirming standards body, recommends surgeries for kids as young as 15.

Any time you see a media flak “debunking” the idea that these treatments, including surgical ones, aren’t done on minors you are being lied to. They know better. All they need to do is watch the TV, for God’s sake, and take in a few minutes of “I am Jazz.” He started puberty blockers at 8 years old and started “her” bottom surgery nightmare at 17, and even that was later than planned due to weight problems.

It was a botch. Nothing but complications, and Jazz will never have any sexual function at all. Ever. He has spiraled into depression.

It is a sad story and one that Boston Children’s and all the other ghouls desperately want to duplicate thousands of times.

There is nothing benign about any of this. The people doing it are not “good but misguided.” They are, we must recognize, choosing to do this despite the obvious evidence that it is an awful thing. They are mutilating and sterilizing CHILDREN for money.

The corruption goes all the up to the top. The Biden Administration is by far the most powerful proponent of “gender-affirming” care, with the president promoting it, and “Admiral” Rachel Levine pushing it as hard as possible.

For this, they are heroes in the MSM. Levine was profiled as a woman of courage and a “Woman of the Year” by USA Today.

This is what hell looks like.

Perhaps Rachel Levine can recommend some plastic surgeons to Boston Children’s so they can perform surgeries that never happen, but are a darn good thing.
