Trump goes there with 'rape' allegations against Bill Clinton

Responding to a recent NY Times hit piece full of sketchy allegations against Donald Trump and his behavior with women over the past several decades, the presumptive-Republican Presidential nominee reminded a national television audience that there are serious and credible allegations hanging over former President Bill Clinton that he raped Juanita Broderick several years ago.

In an exclusive interview with Sean Hannity on Fox News Wednesday night, the host rhetorically asked Trump about the laundry list of barely-investigated charges against the husband of the Democrat’s front-runner:

Hannity: “Are they going to interview Juanita Broaddrick? Are they going to interview Paula Jones? Are they going to interview Kathleen Willey?’ Hannity asked, ticking off the names of women who have accused Bill Clinton of inappropriate behavior through the years. In one case, it’s about exposure. In another case, it’s about groping and fondling and touching against a woman’s will.”

Trump: “And rape.”

Hannity: “And rape.”

Trump: “And big settlements, massive settlements.

Hannity: “$850,000 to Paula Jones.”

Trump: “And lots of other things. And impeachment for lying.”

Prepare yourself for a long line of cable news pundits, journalists, Democrats and yes, even some Republicans, who will line up today to condemn Trump for making such a reckless allegation. They’ll scream that he’s sunk to a new low. They’ll wring their hands and shake their heads in sanctimonious reproach over the dirty campaign we have in front of us.

And they’ll all be wrong.

Trump is doing exactly what the people who voted for him wanted him to do. He is turning his no-holds-barred tactics against the most ruthless, vicious and effective political couple in US history. And it’s about time a Republican had the cajones to do it.

Let’s not forget that Clinton won his re-election in 1996 by painting World War II hero Bob Dole as an “evil man”: (LA Times)

“While on vacation in Wyoming, he screamed into the phone at me, ‘He’s an evil, evil man. . . . He likes cutting food stamps. He likes it. He enjoys cutting Medicare. He relishes slashing education. He loves cutting immigrants. It’s how he gets his kicks. This is not a good man.”

Dole’s response:  ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Republicans have been loathe to speak the truth about Clinton because they’ve been hypnotized by the DC media elites. They’ve been so sure that Clinton is so popular that he is impervious to any attacks on the laundry list of inappropriate and, possibly illegal behavior. No doubt Jeb Bush’s planned attack on the Clinton’s would have sounded something like this:

“Well, I have some serious policy differences with my good friend, President Clinton. I don’t want to degrade our political process or my family’s legacy by wading into the mud of tabloid-style allegations. I have no doubt that President Clinton, and his wife who was a fine Senator and terrific Secretary of State, love this country and, even though we have different ideas about the direction of this country, in their hearts, they only want what’s best for the American people. So let’s leave the former President’s personal life for others, I won’t go there.”

And, no doubt Gov. Bush would have gotten a great seat for Hillary’s inaugural.

And let’s take a moment to remember a bit about these rape allegations, that neither Bill nor Hillary have ever specifically addressed. (NRO)

Inside, and at the room’s window, which Broaddrick recalled look down on the Arkansas River, Clinton pointed to a small building, a prison, and said he hoped to renovate it when he became governor. “Then all of a sudden, he turned me around and started kissing me.”

As she recounted to NBC: I first pushed him away and just told him “No, please don’t do that,” and I forget, it’s been 21 years, Lisa, and I forget exactly what he was saying. It seems like he was making statements that would relate to “Did you not know why I was coming up here?” and I told him at the time, I said, “I’m married, and I have other things going on in my life, and this is something that I’m not interested in. . . . Then he tries to kiss me again. And the second time he tries to kiss me he starts biting my lip [she cries]. Just a minute . . . He starts to, um, bite on my top lip and I tried to pull away from him. [crying] And then he forces me down on the bed. And I just was very frightened, and I tried to get away from him and I told him “No,” that I didn’t want this to happen [crying] but he wouldn’t listen to me.

After the assault, “He walks to the door, and calmly puts on his sunglasses,” Broaddrick said. “And before he goes out the door he says, ‘You better get some ice on that.’” And then he left.

For her part, Broaddrick stands by the story while the mainstream media ignore her.

Let’s face it, the Clinton campaign is not used to any politician standing up to and responding to their vicious attacks. Bernie Sanders has kept his silence and treated Hillary with loving care. She’s already indicated that she will go after Trump for his alleged poor treatment of women. Where do you think the NY Times article came from?

In fact, just yesterday a Super PAC supporting Clinton released a video that was supposed to damage Trump on that very front. Take a look and ask yourself, does anything you see in this video rise to the disgusting behavior her husband has been accused of?
