Reid whines: Boehner's new short-term budget proposal is a "fantasy"

He and Boehner are meeting at the White House as I write this, so we may or may not have breaking news in the next few hours. But while we wait, here’s Dingy’s parting shot from the Senate floor tonight, which Andrew Stiles appropriately calls a “tantrum.” Even the studiously nonpartisan Jake Tapper was moved to write, “It is remarkable to hear Dems slam GOPers for not passing….last year’s budget when Dems ruled the roost.” So it is, so it is.

Boehner told George Stephanopoulos in an interview set to air tomorrow morning that “There’s no daylight between the tea party and me.” Let’s see what happens at the White House first.
