I remember e-mail already being in full swing on campus at the time, but the wider “Internet” was still mostly a mystery. My first inkling of its untold possibilities came a year later when I saw an ad for “The Brady Bunch Movie” with a URL and the promise of a virtual tour of the Brady household at the link. That was when it hit me: If Netscape can show me where the Bradys eat dinner, what else can it show me?

To think, all these years later, that same Internet now gives me a platform to spout my inane opinions at you and post dopey clips like this. We’ve come very far, my friends. Very far indeed.
